RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because we offer perishable products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Because we offer perishable products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you want to request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery of your product and you must ship the unused portion of your product back to us within 7 days of delivery. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you were approved for a refund but haven't received it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chiennepawtisserie@gmail.com
